2021 – present- Redesigned a confectionery carton line into a single-sheet crash-lock base, cutting board material 30% across 4 SKUs and saving the client about ¥11M per year.
- Delivered 34 retail packages for food and cosmetics clients, 26 of them tool-free structures that fold from one die-cut sheet.
- Run the studio's white-dummy review: every structure is folded by hand 3 times before any die is ordered, which dropped die revisions from 2.1 to 0.4 per project.

2018 – 2021- Designed 31 packages for regional sake and tea brands, including a gift box that opens along a single valley fold and won the 2020 Chubu Carton Prize.
- Built the lab's shared library of 60 tested fold patterns with tolerance notes for 5 board weights.

2017 – 2018- Produced dielines and mockups for 15 retail packages; learned to lose an argument with a folding machine gracefully.
