I draw serialized manga for a living and have done it for 8 years across 3 ongoing series, with 900,000 copies in print. I handle the full pipeline myself: name drafts, inking, tones, and weekly deadlines. My editor says I have never missed a chapter deadline, and I intend to keep that record even if it costs me sleep, which it has.
