Led redesign of the Veltrio banking app for 410k monthly users; store rating went from 4.2 to 4.8 in 14 months.
Built one design system covering iOS and Android with 96 shared components; handoff questions from engineers dropped by roughly half.
Ran 12 moderated usability studies; 8 findings shipped as fixes within the same quarter.

Designed 2 client apps end to end, a grocery delivery app and a train ticketing app; both hold 4.8 stars on the App Store.
Introduced a weekly prototype-test loop with 5 users per round; ran 14 studies over 3 years.
Cut the ticketing checkout from 7 screens to 4; completion rate rose 18%.
