01 Summary

I write and maintain developer documentation, currently a docs-as-code pipeline serving 900 pages across 3 platforms. Over 11 years I have moved teams from Word attachments to versioned Markdown, CI checks, and review workflows. At my current company, reorganized API reference and task guides cut support tickets 25% in one year. I hold strong opinions on sentence length and weak opinions on almost everything else.
