Head Audio Engineer
  • Run front-of-house and monitors for a 900-cap room, roughly 210 shows a year across touring and local bills.
  • Rebuilt the PA and rewired the stage patch, which cut changeover time between bands from 25 minutes to 11.
  • Train and schedule 4 part-time engineers and keep the input list library for 300 visiting acts.

  • Mixed monitors for 3 headline tours across 14 countries, 260 dates with zero shows cancelled for audio faults.
  • Standardized the stage plot and patch sheet the production carried, so local crews loaded in 40 minutes faster.
  • Managed a 48-channel wedge and in-ear rig plus RF for 12 wireless channels in dense festival bands.

  • Set up sessions, kept the patchbay documented, and logged 1,100 hours tracking bands to tape and Pro Tools.
  • Started as a stagehand coiling cable and worked up to running small club shows solo within 18 months.
