- Run a 3-person studio delivering 10 to 14 commissioned papercut works per year for hotels, publishers, and retail brands.
- Designed and installed a 6 m × 2.4 m layered mural for the Lumen Harbor Hotel, 9 depth layers, 4,200 individual cuts, completed in 11 weeks.
- Grew studio revenue from NT$1.4M to NT$4.8M across 5 years while keeping every cut done by hand.

- Led the paper craft unit on 22 campaign builds, including seasonal window sets for 6 flagship stores in Taipei and Taichung.

- Reduced material waste 31% by nesting cut patterns across shared sheets before any blade touched paper.
