I restore mechanical clocks, mostly English longcase and bracket movements from 1700 to 1900. Over 26 years I have logged around 3,100 repair tickets and returned 96% of them within the quoted date. I keep every claim tag on file; the oldest one in the drawer is mine, from 1998.
