A Proclamation
being a true and honest account of the maker herself
I have made cold-process soap for 12 years and now run a workshop of
4 makers producing roughly 40,000 bars a year. I formulate, cost, and batch every recipe myself,
and I keep the reject rate under 2 percent. My tallow supplier says I am the only customer who
telephones about iodine values, which I take as a compliment.

Testimonial Letters
received from persons of good standing, reproduced verbatim
Dear Sirs,
Ms. Lannister supplied our 14 guest rooms with soap for 3 seasons. Complaints regarding toiletries, formerly a weekly occurrence, ceased entirely. Guests now steal the bars, which we consider the higher form of praise.
Yours faithfully,
Mrs. E. Pargeter
Proprietress, The Laurel House, Bath
To whom it may concern,
I audited Ms. Lannister's workshop twice. Her batch records were the most complete I have inspected in 11 years of practice. I found nothing to correct, which I confess was disappointing.
Respectfully,
Mr. T. Quiller
