   • Lead cartographer on the Scottish coastal flood-risk atlas: 214 map plates covering 11 local authorities, delivered 3 weeks early.
   • Rebuilt the print-map pipeline in QGIS and Python, cutting plate production time from 4 hours to 35 minutes each.
   • Set the house style guide for 6 cartographers; symbol and label errors flagged at proof stage fell by 62%.

2. GIS Analyst

   Firthline Transit Partnership, Glasgow 2018 – 2021
   • Designed the regional bus network map now printed at 380 stops and used by about 40,000 weekly riders.
   • Built a PostGIS routing database of 2,400 km of services, replacing 14 disconnected spreadsheets.

3. Junior Cartographic Technician

   Merrow & Tait Publishing, Stirling 2016 – 2018
   • Drafted and revised 90+ hillwalking map sheets per year, including full contour relabelling for 3 Highland titles.
   • Digitised a 5,000-sheet archive of historical estate plans to 300 dpi with georeferencing accurate to 8 m.
